Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

360 degree parcel opening video required in case of damage or wrong and missing item, video must be clear with out any pause or cuts and it should be reported within 24 hours of parcel received. No replacement or refund will be provided without a proper video.

Parcel open video compulsory.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
